1. Have had a professional massage (provided by request at minimal cost through the school)
2. Have a high school diploma or GED (official transcripts to be sent to the school office)
3. Be 18 years of age or older (official picture id and birth certificate)
4. Have no felony convictions
5. Have a personal interview as well as a completed and signed application ($50 nonrefundable application fee)
6. Have the dedication and motivation to want to help others as well as to complete the rigorous training
Upon acceptance, the student will complete enrollment by:
1. Meeting with one of the directors to determine the most appropriate course track
2. Thoroughly reading and signing the student policy and enrollment agreement contract
3. Arranging a tuition payment method, including but not limited to:
· Cash, check, or money order
· Credit card (may be subject to additional fees)
· Installments (subject to credit check and approval)
· Financial aid available, including Sallie Mae
